Can I try PhaseBid before paying?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create a workspace, try limited AI-assisted estimate drafts, save customers and jobs, use templates, and export basic proposal PDFs.
Are AI drafts ready to send?
No. AI-generated estimates are editable drafts and may contain inaccuracies. Review pricing, labor, materials, quantities, code requirements, and scope before submitting a bid.
Which plan should most contractors start with?
Starter is a practical first paid plan for solo contractors. Pro is best when estimating volume is higher and you want more advanced workflow, customization, and support.
Can PhaseBid replace my review process?
No. PhaseBid organizes estimating work and speeds up drafting, but contractors remain responsible for verifying every estimate before use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled from the billing portal. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
Who is PhaseBid built for?

Does PhaseBid verify local code requirements?
No. Users are responsible for reviewing all work against applicable codes, local requirements, AHJ requirements, job specifications, and professional standards.
Does the free trial require a credit card?
No. You can start a free workspace without entering a credit card. Paid upgrades are handled through Stripe when you choose a paid plan.
